Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This page is published for transparency about how this website works and how StanleyKent handles the information it receives. It is not legal advice, and StanleyKent's legal counsel should review it before it is relied on.
Our commitment
StanleyKent wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find out about our services, read our pages and contact us, whatever technology they use and however they browse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained rather than as an afterthought.
This statement describes the standard we aim for and the steps we have taken. It is not a certification, and we have not yet had the site audited by an independent accessibility specialist.
What we have done
The site has been built with the following in place:
- Semantic structure. Pages use proper headings in a logical order, one main heading per page, landmarks for navigation, main content and footer, and lists and tables where the content calls for them.
- Keyboard access. Every link, button, menu, accordion and form control can be reached and operated with a keyboard. The main menus open with Enter or the down arrow, can be moved through with Tab, and close with Escape. A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page.
- Visible focus. The item that has keyboard focus is outlined so you can see where you are, with a ring color chosen to stand out against both the light and the dark sections of the site.
- Text alternatives. Photographs that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Color and contrast. Text and interface colors are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast minimums, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, required fields are marked in the label, and errors are described in text next to the field and announced to assistive technology.
- Readable layout. Pages work at phone, tablet and desktop widths, text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
- Plain language. We try to write clearly and to avoid jargon where we can.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any part of the site that cannot be used with assistive technology. Some pages contain long passages of text, and we are continuing to review their structure and headings to make them easier to move through. Websites we link to, such as online maps for our office addresses, are run by other organizations and may not meet the same standard.
If you find a page or feature that does not work for you, please tell us. We would rather hear about a problem than not know it exists.
Tell us about a problem
To report an accessibility problem, or to ask for information from this site in another format, email [email protected] or call +1 888-202-9809. It helps if you tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will look into every report and aim to fix genuine barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
Other ways to reach us
You do not have to use this website to work with StanleyKent. Everything our forms do can also be done by phone or by email, and our offices are listed on the Contact page. If you have an accessibility need that affects how you would like us to communicate with you during a search, let your recruiter know and we will accommodate it.
We review this statement when the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
