Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by StanleyKent ("StanleyKent", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the use of the website only. Recruitment and executive search services are provided under separate written agreements with our clients, and those agreements take precedence over anything on this page if the two conflict.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about StanleyKent, to contact us and to request recruitment services. You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
  • send us content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone who has not authorized you to do so;

Sending us an inquiry does not create a client or candidate relationship, and it does not oblige StanleyKent to run a search or to represent you. Those relationships begin only when both sides agree to them.
