Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This page is published for transparency about how this website works and how StanleyKent handles the information it receives. It is not legal advice, and StanleyKent's legal counsel should review it before it is relied on.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Cookies let a site recognize your browser between page views or between visits. They can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services the site relies on (third-party cookies), and they can last for a single visit (session cookies) or for a set period (persistent cookies).

Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, are covered by this policy in the same way as cookies.

Cookies on this site

This website is a static site. Its pages are built in advance and delivered through Cloudflare, with fonts and images served from the site itself. Because of that, the site needs very little from your browser.

The only cookies that may be set while you use the site are essential security cookies from Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider. Cloudflare uses them to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic and to protect the site and its forms from abuse. Typical examples are the cookies Cloudflare names __cf_bm and cf_clearance. They do not identify you personally to StanleyKent, they are not used to track you across other websites, and they expire after a short time.

Our Contact and Request Talent forms do not set cookies. The information you type is sent to us by email when you submit the form, and the website does not keep it.

What we do not use

To be clear about what is not happening on this site, StanleyKent does not use:

  • analytics cookies or scripts that measure how visitors use the site;
  • advertising or retargeting cookies, pixels or tags from any advertising network;
  • social media tracking buttons or embedded feeds;
  • third-party font or script services that could record your visit;
  • any cookie that profiles you or follows you to other websites.

If that changes, for example if we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Because this site sets only essential security cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing to opt in or out of here. You remain in control through your browser, which lets you see the cookies stored on your device, delete them and block them for all sites or for specific ones:

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Site settings.
  • Safari: Settings (or Preferences), then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Blocking Cloudflare's security cookies may mean the site occasionally asks you to complete a verification step before it loads, but the pages themselves will still work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
